Were looking for a Sales Ops Specialist who knows how to keep things moving, close loops, and make sure nothing falls between the cracks. Youll work closely with the companys CEO, support ongoing deals and client operations, and help manage the day-to-day flow between clients, finance teams, and internal stakeholders in a fast-moving, data -driven environment.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the CEO on ongoing deals, operational processes, and client-related activities
* Support and manage operational aspects of client deals from kickoff to execution
* Coordinate with finance and billing teams to keep deals and client operations running smoothly
* Track deal progress, approvals, documents, and operational workflows
* Maintain accurate CRM and operational data
* Communicate with clients and internal teams to keep projects and processes moving efficiently
* Work closely with data and technology-related projects and stakeholders
* Identify operational gaps and help improve internal workflows
* Manage multiple ongoing tasks, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously
* Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve efficiency and streamline operational processes
Requirements: * 1-2 years of experience in Sales Ops, Business Ops, Project Coordination, or similar operational/client-facing roles
* Background working with technology, data, BI, analytics, or digital project- mandatory
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* High level of ownership, responsibility, and follow-through
* Ability to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Experience working with finance, billing, operations, or client processes
* Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills- advantage
* Experience working with CRM systems- advantage
* Native-level Hebrew proficiency- mandatory
