We are looking for a hands-on Program Manager to own customer delivery from supporting pre-sales through contract signature, and until full deployment
This role serves as the operational owner of the customer inside the company, working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate can effectively combine small ongoing activities with large, complex deployment programs.
What you will do
Manage complex, multidisciplinary projects end‑to‑end across the EMEA region.
Coordinate installations and delivery involving hardware, contractors, and diverse technologies.
Serve as the operational point of contact for customers, ensuring an excellent experience.
Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and global teams in a joint ownership model.
Present project status, risks, operational insights, and P&L impact to leadership.
Travel to customer sites when needed, including remote regions.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Program Manager managing multiple projects.
Experience from a telecommunications company - advantage
Strong customer‑facing and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
Excellent English (spoken and written).
Ability to work effectively during both heavy workload peaks and quieter periods.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Engineering, or related fields.
