Leading outsourced technological projects in the fields of cyber and data, from the initiation stage to operational implementation. The role includes writing specification documents, conducting market surveys, accompanying the procurement and contracting process, and overseeing all project phases: development, testing, integration, and implementation. Additionally, managing work teams within the organization and across the industry is required.
Requirements: Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science/Industrial Engineering & Management- Mandatory
3 years of experience in managing technological projects in the fields of cyber/data.
Experience in writing requirements documents or technical specifications, and familiarity with procurement and tender processes.
Experience working with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Leadership skills, initiative, responsibility. Assertiveness, business and strategic thinking.
Strong interpersonal skills for matrix team mobilization and management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills when engaging with stakeholders (clients, management, industry partners).
Outstanding interpersonal skills and high motivation to deliver value.
Familiarity with project management systems (Jira)
Experience in the field of AI.
