The role is suitable for individuals with a deep understanding of statistical analysis and the design of survey-based research and RCT experiments, as well as data visualization and drawing conclusions. The position involves using advanced and varied research methods, including both experimental and non-experimental frameworks.
Requirements: * Master's degree (at least) in a related field - psychology, statistics, cognition, neuroscience, economics, behavioral economics.
* Experience in survey construction (validity, bias, etc.).
* Proficiency in using R (including regression, ggplot, dplyr, etc.).
* Strong background in advanced statistical analyses (multiple regression, clustering techniques, ANOVA, etc)
* Ability to articulate and present information to various audiences, sometimes to those without deep statistical understanding.
Advantage:
* Knowledge of techniques for dealing with missing data (such as multiple imputation).
* Candidates interested in (or with a background in) social content areas related to the current situation in Israel, Israeli society, political psychology, and public policy.
* Experience with conducting field research.
* Experience working with online media campaigns.
