Role Description:
* Management and Operation of Pilgrimage Group Files: Comprehensive design, planning, and operational management of itineraries and logistics for pilgrimage and incoming tourism groups in Israel-from arrival to departure.
* Supplier & Holy Site Coordination: Coordinating services with hotels (with an emphasis on Jerusalem, the Galilee, and other key regions), transportation companies, historical and religious sites, and major visitor attractions.
* Guide & Group Leader Relations: Maintaining ongoing contact with tour guides, clergy, and international group leaders, tailoring responses to their unique needs on the ground.
* Ongoing International Operations: Professional and continuous communication with overseas agents, churches, and clients.

Requirements: - Relevant Experience: Proven experience in handling and operating incoming tourism groups in Israel, with an emphasis on pilgrimage or organized groups. Familiarity with local suppliers is a significant advantage.
- Languages: Very high proficiency in English (spoken and written)-mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Personal Skills:
Solid understanding and familiarity with the sites, geography, and logistics of group tours in Israel.
Excellent service orientation, patience, cultural sensitivity, and strong interpersonal skills.
High organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
