Our company seeks a dedicated Product Specialist with experience in diabetic neuropathic pain to recruit patients by leveraging relationships with key healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs), including endocrinologists, pain specialists, and other relevant specialists in hospitals and large community clinics.
Drive awareness and engagement for clinical trials by presenting their benefits and objectives to healthcare providers.
Conduct in-depth product presentations and deliver educational materials during both face-to-face and virtual meetings with HCPs.
Collaborate with commercial and clinical management teams to ensure smooth communication and referral processes.
Attend relevant conferences and industry events to network with healthcare professionals to increase solution awareness..
Promoting the product according to the marketing strategy
Launching and introducing the product
Meeting quantitative and qualitative objectives in accordance with the company's goals
Working opposite KOL

Requirements: Bachelors degree in life sciences or a related field.
At least 2+ years of proven sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in diabetes, endocrinology, or pain management fields (required).
Established relationships with healthcare professionals in relevant specialties (endocrinologists, pain specialists, and diabetic HCPs).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with healthcare professionals.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Valid driving license.
