PassportCard Group’s Internal Audit Department is looking for a motivated team member to drive meaningful improvements across our processes. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct internal audits within the insurance domain, with a focus on underwriting, claims, and payment processes
* Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify exceptions, risks, and trends
* Critically assess existing processes and propose improvements, including innovative solutions
* Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with evolving regulatory requirements
* Prepare high-quality audit reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management
* Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders in a changing and evolving organizational environment This is a full-time, office-based position in Netanya, 5 days a week.

* Proven experience as an Internal Auditor in the insurance industry – mandatory
* In-depth knowledge of the financial services sector – a significant advantage
* Strong data analysis skills using advanced analytical tools
* High-level critical and creative thinking, with the ability to challenge existing assumptions
