As a Creative Strategist, you will serve as a strategic partner to top-tier brands and agencies as part of the company Creative Shop. Youll deliver creative advertising strategies, best practices, and optimizations that help clients and internal stakeholders succeed on our companys ads platform (Realize). This role also includes a significant focus on developing and monitoring creative strategy for our companys internal acquisition team, helping to optimize user acquisition across channels. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and product teams.
How youll make an impact:
Consult top-tier brands and agencies on creative strategy for the company platform
Lead the strategy for optimizing campaign assets, including copy, images, videos, and landing pages
Translate internal and external data into actionable best practices
Create and deliver educational materials for both internal and external use
Monitor and iterate on creative strategy for our companys internal user acquisition efforts, in collaboration with performance marketing and in-house media buying teams
Drive collaboration with a small, global group of creative strategists to elevate strategy execution
Help prioritize strategic initiatives, define workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement
Partner with sales, marketing, and product to ensure output is high-impact and aligned with business needs
Analyze and communicate the business impact of creative strategy initiatives (e.g., spend uplift, CTR/CVR improvements).
Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in a creative strategy role within digital advertising
Strong understanding of global digital media buying, ad platforms, landing page performance, and content marketing
Demonstrated success in using data and testing frameworks to drive creative decisions
Familiarity with user acquisition funnel strategies, especially for in-house growth teams
Experience working with or implementing generative AI tools in creative workflows
Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks simultaneously in a global, high-pressure environment
Excellent presentation skills for webinars, internal briefings, and client-facing sessions
Fluent in English verbal and written communication
Willingness to travel across 2-3 times a year for client meetings and team sessions
