we are looking for a Paid Acquisition Specialist to join its growing performance marketing team. We're looking for someone who can create, scale, and optimize high-volume campaigns on various channels such as YouTube. The PPC specialist is responsible for our company's user acquisition campaigns including overall strategy, innovation, optimization, and ROI analysis. The environment is fast-paced and teamwork-oriented. The candidate must be a super analytical, independent, out-of-the-box thinker, and a quick learner. What am I going to do?:
* Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize user acquisition efforts across digital channels to maximize revenue and reach growth targets.
* Analyze large sets of data to drive business insights and action items.
* Initiate and implement improvements and creative solutions to improve campaign efficiency, including ad copy & landing page optimization, bidding strategies, and targeting.
* Develop and maintain a monthly media plan across all campaigns.
* Leverage analytics tools to optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.

Requirements: * 2-4 years of experience with paid campaigns on leading media platforms (specifically Youtube) at a high scale (experience with multiple channels is an advantage).
* Deep understanding of creative. Experience with creative ideation, brief writing, leveraging data to improve creatives, creative A/B testing, and gaining learnings
* Outstanding analytical skills, experience in working with large sets of data and numbers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Big Data analysis.
* Experience with an international e-commerce/online retail company.
* Fluent in English
* Excellent interpersonal skills, bringing a positive attitude, and collaborates well with a team.
* A self-starter with strong multi-tasking ability and close attention to detail.
* Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in inexact science, marketing, business, or other related fields - an advantage. At our company, were not about checklists.
