Key Responsibilities
Analyzing and validating customer business and technical requests
Drive customers solutions, while emphasizing the best fit between the customer and Product Organization
Serving as a subject matter expert on our companys main-train technologies
Drive R&D and QA resources to advocate for customer requests for product enhancements, based on business
Managing RFE release planning with R&D
Leading headquarter technical escalation for opportunities that require product specialization with senior managers
Visit customers and partners worldwide (~10% of time).

Key Responsibilities
Architect and drive end-to-end design of large-scale, secure, and high-performance SaaS systems for cloud security, detection, and response.
Lead cross-functional projects across data, detection, and platform teams to deliver end-to-end features and capabilities.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and UX Designers to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

Contribute to codebases where needed to unlock complex or foundational technical challenges.
