What will you do?

As a SW Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing scalable software solutions that align with our business objectives and with other departments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, cross sites, to make high-level design decisions, ensure the successful delivery of robust and innovative HR technology products.
Requirements: Experience:
5+ years proven experience as a SW Architect or Tech Lead , with a strong background in software development and coding in various languages (e.g., C#, .NET, Java)
Deep understanding of architectural frameworks and modeling tools
Strong ability to translate business objectives and challenges into technical requirements and solutions.
Adaptability, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Hands-on experience with relevant technologies in the business units domain (e.g., cloud platforms, databases, integration tools, microservices, security protocols).
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Demonstrated leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
The following are a big plus:
Leadership (or other managerial) experience
Experience with Kotlin / Scala / Java
Experience with micro-service ecosystems.
Experience with event driven architecture
A track record of successful project delivery.
