We are seeking an experienced CRO Manager to lead our conversion optimization strategy across all digital assets, including websites, landing pages, funnels, and marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will own the A/B testing roadmap, drive data -driven insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure every touchpoint maximizes conversions and improves User Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning Lead and execute the companys CRO strategy across digital channels, set KPIs, and develop testing roadmaps to drive growth.
Research & Analysis Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (user behavior, heatmaps, surveys, funnel analysis) to identify friction points and benchmark against competitors.
Requirements: Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, data Analytics, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on CRO experience in Ecommerce, SaaS, iGaming, or similar high-conversion industries.
Proven track record of delivering measurable uplift in conversions.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance.
Proficient in web analytics, UX principles, and customer journey mapping.
data -driven mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for basic TEST implementation (a plus).
Excellent communication skills to present findings and influence stakeholders
