We're looking for a highly technical and detail-oriented SMS & Email Campaign Manager to join our performance marketing team.
This hybrid role is responsible for managing the full technical infrastructure behind our email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring high deliverability, clean segmentation, and campaign reliability at scale.
You will oversee everything from SMTP setup and sender reputation to API-based delivery and segmentation logic. This role is less about writing marketing copy and more about making sure the messages land on time, in the right inboxes, and hit the right users.
The ideal candidate is fluent in SMTP, APIs, IP warm-ups, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and understands how to troubleshoot, scale, and analyze outbound messaging systems in a high volume, high-speed environment like iGaming.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in SMTP/email management or high-volume campaign execution
Familiarity with tools like Postfix, PowerMTA, SendGrid, Mailgun, or similar platforms
Experience working with Marketing Automation systems and customer segmentation logic
Proficiency with HTML, MJML, and responsive email design principles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex multi step campaigns
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data
Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and compliance teams
