As the companys AI Leader, youll be a driving force behind that vision. Youll lead the research, development, and partial-implementation of AI-driven solutions that enhance our services, scale our insights, and create delightful, predictive experiences for our users. Youll collaborate across the organization to turn abstract problems into working prototypesand working prototypes into real value for our customers and company.
What Youll Do:
Lead our Innovation frontier:
Research, develop, and implement advanced solutions to solve challenges across the real estate journeyfrom smart discovery tools and predictive pricing to neighborhood livability models and customer personalization.
Design Meaningful Solutions:
Prototype and plan power critical business applications such as automation, recommendation engines, customer insights, and predictive analytics.
Drive Strategic AI Impact:
Identify high-leverage AI opportunities in alignment with our strategic goals. Youll play a key role in improving operational efficiency and creating personalized, meaningful user experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with product managers, engineers, marketing, and business leaders to integrate AI into our platforms and customer-facing products.
Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation:
Build and test AI prototypes quickly to validate ideas. Youll help us move from question to solution at startup speed.
Ethical AI Implementation:
Ensure AI development is conducted responsibly, in line with ethical best practices, data privacy standards, and our values of transparency and trust.
