We're seeking a detail-oriented HR & Systems Coordinator to join our team as key role combining HR, systems, and global project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute global H2R projects in collaboration with local and international teams.
Operate the global HRIS (Workday) including maintenance, training, and user support.
Take full ownership of the companys Equity/Stock Plan, including employee and management interfaces.
Manage interfaces and integrations between payroll systems (Hilan) and global HR systems.
Drive continuous process improvements, digitalization, and change implementation.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role: HRIS / HR Projects / Payroll with strong system orientation.
Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday and Hilan is a strong advantage).
Excellent English skills both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and technical skills working with data, integrations, and interfaces.
Excellent interpersonal skills,
Handle day-to-day compensation and benefits queries, support annual review processes, and provide guidance to managers and employees on C&B matters.
Payroll certification advantage.Bachelor's degree.
