We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled HRIS Specialist to join our fast-growing People Ops team. The position is temporary for 6 months. Reporting to the Sr. HRIS Manager, this role is essential in maintaining and optimizing our Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), contributing to our HR technology roadmap, and enhancing our HR ecosystem to support our continued growth. The HRIS Specialist will collaborate closely with People Ops, IT, and other departments to implement scalable, data-driven solutions that meet evolving business needs. The ideal candidate has experience with HRIS platforms and a passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency and continuous improvement within People Services.
Responsibilities:
Be instrumental in the creation and delivery of the HRIS roadmap
Help drive process improvement projects identify gaps and drive initiatives to automate and enhance our operations to be more efficient.
Create and maintain documentation around key work functions, where applicable
Provide support, troubleshooting and guidance to HRIS users.
Partner with all members of the People team to identify improvements and enhancements in our HRIS; recommend and implement solutions.
Support Sr. HRIS Manager to build, improve and modify workflows in the HRIS at the same time as maintaining governance and global consistency.
Generate and deliver HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making within the HR and leadership teams
Assist with the creation of data reports for members of the People team and other executives/teams where required.
Ensure HRIS system compliance with data privacy regulations, security protocols, and company policies.
Performs other duties, as required.
Requirements: Minimum of 4 years experience in HRIS administration or a related HR or IT role.
Experience with HRIS platforms such as HiBob, ADP, and Workday, including configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Have a passionate approach, endorsing a continuous improvement way of working.
Familiarity with full employee lifecycle processing requirements
Strong understanding of HR processes and data management best practices.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear guidance and training.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
