As couriers have complete freedom to choose when to go online and which tasks to approve, their behavior affects our overall levels of service and metrics. Optimizing and molding their behavior via analytical insights is an everyday, game-changing mission. For this mission, amongst other things, you will be developing and optimizing payment models, researching challenges and opportunities in our day-to-day operations, raising flags and providing analytical insights to other operations teams.

What youll be doing
Monitor and analyze core operational KPIs (courier income, task acceptance rate, delivery times, efficiency, etc.)
Conduct data analysis to derive meaningful insights and trends that go beyond surface-level observations
Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Develop processes & tools to balance between KPIs and find optimization opportunities.
Design, build, and monitor courier payment models that are fair and lucrative for couriers while aligning with business goals.
Support our geographic expansion over the country as well as our expansion into new product lines and business projects.
Collaborate with other teams locally and globally - such as product, global operations, and analytics.

As a Data Analyst you will be working with colleagues from various disciplines, such as - Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Risk, Data Scientists within the team and other Data Analysts - on their KPIs, the way they observe information and the hardest questions each team is facing in order to drive insights and keep us a data driven company. - Helping each team to take decisions based on data by:
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to drive actionable insights
Define and implement KPIs across different teams
Accompany product features from tech design to feature performance
