About the position The PPC Marketing Manager will be responsible for the paid demand generation for all global sites of Mindspace (across Israel, Europe and the U.S.). This includes driving forward the online marketing strategy, as well as campaign set-up, management, optimization and reporting. * Maximizing ROI of all paid channels to generate leads and meet sales goals

* Promoting the Mindspace brand through social channels Responsibilities
* Devising and implementing the online advertising strategy including market and competitor research, and defining target audiences, keywords and other metrics
* Hands-on planning, set-up and management of online campaigns, across multiple digital channels and markets
* Constant conversion performance improvement by A/B testing ad copy and creative campaigns
* Responsible for all key data analytics and reporting tools for measuring outcomes (Google Analytics, BI, Salesforce)
* Nurturing potential sales contacts and companies for conversion
* Top-line insights and input into social channels to support brand awareness and demand generation
* Stay up-to-date on both the digital marketing trends, the tech industry and the competitive landscape
Requirements: Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in B2B lead-generation performance management in global companies
* Vast experience in managing Facebook, Google,YouTube, Instagram, TikTok campaigns
* A fast learner that loves to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical skills
* Creative thinker
