Our Professional Services is seeking for an Systems Implementer & Analyst We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in knowledge management systems implementation, combining technological implementation, training, and cross-organizational collaboration. This role requires strong analytical skills, user-oriented thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into practical Microsoft 365-based solutions. A full-time position based in Israel. Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and implement business solutions on Microsoft 365 platforms
* Write functional specification documents and define organizational processes
* Deliver user training sessions and support adoption processes
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, task tracking, and ongoing reporting
* Work closely with various departments and stakeholders across the organization
* Manage organizational content and information, including metadata, content categorization, and data quality improvements
* Ensure accessibility, consistency, and proper organization of enterprise knowledge assets
Requirements: Requirements:
* Approximately 3 years of experience in Knowledge Management systems implementation and analysis.
* Experience translating business requirements into technological solutions.
* Experience writing specification and process documents.
* Experience delivering training and guiding end users.
* Strong project and task management capabilities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong organizational and information management abilities. Advantages:
