A leading Israeli company specializing in SaaS-based software solutions is looking for a NOC Operator to join its Control and Monitoring Center team.
The role includes continuous monitoring of IT infrastructures, communication systems, servers, and core business applications, identifying real-time incidents, providing initial response, and escalating issues to the relevant professional teams.
Responsibilities:
Monitor system availability, servers, networks, and critical applications.
Identify incidents, alerts, and unusual system behavior in real time.
Provide initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.
Document incidents and actions in a ticketing system.
Work according to defined procedures, workflows, and operational playbooks.
Requirements: Basic understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs.
Familiarity with Windows Server environments.
Ability to read logs and technical documentation in English.
Relevant technical background, networking course, or military technical experience.
Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts.
High level of responsibility, attention to detail, alertness, ability to follow procedures, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Advantages:
Basic SQL knowledge.
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as PRTG.
Basic understanding of PowerShell or Python.
Previous experience in a NOC, monitoring center, technical support, or operations environment.
