About the role:
As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll partner with some of our largest enterprise clients to drive product adoption, deliver strategic guidance, and ensure measurable business impact ,all while serving as their trusted advisor and voice within .
What Youll Do:
Manage enterprise accounts across technical, business, and product aspects, ensuring alignment with client goals
Own the customer journey post-sale, including training, feature adoption, and strategic business reviews
Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams by sharing feedback with Product and R&D
Provide proactive updates on product releases, changes, and relevant content
Identify and lead upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales
Facilitate webinars, workshops, and education sessions tailored to client needs
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Partners teams to support growth in the region.

Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role within B2B SaaS
Native-level Russian and strong written and spoken English proficiency
Strong understanding of the mobile marketing or digital analytics ecosystem
Technical and analytical orientation with the ability to grasp SDKs, APIs, or data workflows
Familiarity with product management processes and working cross-functionally
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel to meet clients or attend conferences (25 times per year)
Bonus Points:
Hands-on experience working with our products
Background in SDKs, APIs, SQL, or mobile app tracking
Knowledge of mobile marketing strategy, attribution, or analytics.
