Ensuring timely placement of POs and delivery of components in line with production planning requirements.
Tracking open purchase orders.
Monitor raw materials availability to support projects and orders fulfillment.
Tracking shortages, order status, expedite and reschedule POs to meet production-planning requirements.
Responsibility for RMA inventory.
Responsibility for inventory of electronic cards.
Tracking work orders.
Tracking inventory flow for assemblies.
Issuing components for work orders for electronic cards.
Data analysis and report generation.
Assisting the senior planner in various aspects as required.
Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with multiple interfaces, including the assembly department, integration, procurement, and logistics.
Requirements: Studying Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar relevant field.
2-3 years of remaining studies.
Availability for 3-4 days per week.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
Have a Knowledge of Engineering BOM structures.
Proactive approach, multitasking and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on and fast learner, autodidact, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel.
High level of English.
