Leket Israel is seeking a Grants and Donor Relations Manager to oversee overseas grant fundraising during a maternity cover period. This role is responsible for managing the full grant cycle, including developing, writing, and submitting grant proposals for overseas funding. The role also involves managing a small team and coordinating closely with internal departments and external partners. The position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable managing multiple deadlines, working with financial and programmatic data, and liaising across teams in both English and Hebrew.
Line management of two grant writers, including task allocation, guidance, and review of work.
Review, edit, and finalize proposals and donor reports prior to submission.
Maintain and support relationships with existing donors and liaise with funders
Requirements: Bachelors degree - required
Native-level English - required
salesforce or similar CRM experience - required
Experience in grant writing and donor reporting - required
Minimum of 2 years management or team supervision experience - required
Masters degree - an advantage
Strong command of spoken Hebrew - an advantage
Good financial literacy, including experience working with budgets, income, and expenditure - an advantage
