we are looking for an AI Motion Designer & Filmmaker whos passionate about exploring the new creative edge of generative technology. In this role, youll combine design, filmmaking, and advanced AI tools to create next-level visual stories for Fiverrs brand. Youll experiment with emerging platforms, build new workflows, and use AI to shape ideas into striking, cinematic experiences that move our audience and define whats next for creative storytelling.
What am I going to do?:

* Develop innovative and stunning campaigns for the brand for the creative department, using and exploring both classic Motion Design tools and new AI generative platforms.
*  In this role you will get to create cinematic projects, both as digital film director lead and also from animated motion design perspective, with daily projects focusing on performance campaigns as well as brand initiatives, product launch, and large scale media campaigns.
* Work closely with stakeholders from Creative, Brand, Marketing, Product, video editors, writers and marketing teams on inspirational projects.
* Deliver high-level, eye-catching, state of the art and remarkable motion design concepts, with a new cinematic perspective enabled by generative video and image technology tools such as VEO, SORA, Runway, Kling, and others.
* Be an active and influential motion designer working in our in house creative studio and collaborate with visual and motion designers, creative specialists, art directors and copywriters to create the next generation of our design

The ideal candidate specializes in crafting high-impact, short-form video content specifically for social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, facebook ). A critical requirement for this role is advanced proficiency with Blender, specifically for creating and integrating 3D elements, motion graphics, and visual effects into our social content. This role requires a strong understanding of current social media trends and the ability to turn raw footage into engaging shareable stories that drive brand awareness and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Social-First Editing: Edit and optimize short-form video content from raw footage for all major social media platforms, ensuring adherence to platform-specific aspect ratios, duration limits, and best practices. 3D Content Creation (Blender): Utilize Blender to design, model, texture, and animate custom 3D assets, motion graphics, visual effects, and scene elements to be integrated into video projects. Visual Storytelling: Apply expert knowledge of pacing, rhythm, visual composition, and sound design to create compelling narratives, even within short timeframes. Motion Graphics & VFX: Create dynamic titles, text overlays, lower-thirds, and visual effects using industry-standard tools (including Blender) to enhance video engagement. Brand Consistency: Ensure all video output aligns with the brand's style guide, tone of voice, and visual identity across all platforms. Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest social media video trends, memes, music, and platform algorithm changes, proactively suggesting and implementing new content strategies. Post-Production Workflow: Manage and organize video files, project archives, and 3D assets efficiently. Perform color correction, sound mixing, and final file export. Collaboration: Work closely with the ( Social media Manager, Content Creators, Marketing Team and PPC team) to conceptualize video ideas, incorporate feedback, meet project deadlines, and create variations for the same content pieces. Repurposing Content: Strategically edit and repurpose long-form content (e.g., webinars, interviews, YouTube videos) into multiple "snackable" clips for social distribution.
