Main Responsibilities:
Operational Procurement: Order maintenance, ensuring adherence to strict timelines and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration with Various Departments: Working closely with R&D, engineering, and quality assurance teams to support development and production.
Logistics Coordination: Managing inbound and outbound shipments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring compliance with aerospace supply chain requirements
Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with warehouses, and optimizing inventory flow.
Shipping and Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to international trade regulations, ITAR/EAR compliance, and aerospace material handling standards.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering & management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
At least 5 years of procurement and logistics experience.
Experience with controlled materials and regulatory compliance (ITAR, EAR) - an advantage.
Familiarity with AS9100 or other aerospace industry quality standards - an advantage.
Experience working with global aerospace manufacturers and suppliers - an advantage.
Understanding mechanical and electronic components, reading technical drawings, analysing reports - an advantage.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
Experience in international shipping, customs regulations, and freight management.
High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
