The Position:
- Boost customer experience, loyalty, and ultimately, business growth.
- Partnering with business units to collect and analyse customer data, uncovering valuable insights into customer needs and preferences that leads to better performance.
- Translate complex data sets into actionable insights, transforming raw information into clear and concise reports and dashboards utilizing Power BI.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customer engagement strategies that optimize resource allocation and enhance sales force effectiveness.
- Monitor customer engagement trends and identify areas for improvement, recommending data -driven solutions that strengthen customer connections.
- Foster open communication and collaboration across the organization, ensuring all teams leverage customer engagement insights for maximum impact.
Requirements: Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferably in Economics, industrial and management engineering, Computer Science, statistics or equivalent or a Master of Business Administration Degree.
- At least 2 years of experience with a focus on Customer Engagement and Commercial Effectiveness.
- Business and industry understanding and the ability to share your findings using impactful visualization, presentation and efficient communication.
- Knowledge of design, characterize and implementation of new dashboards.
- Good usage of Excel, Power BI.
- Fluent English and Hebrew.
