We are looking for a versatile and highly organized Executive Assistant to the CEOs for a maternity leave replacement.
In this role, you will act as a critical partner to the leadership teams day-to-day operations, helping connect the dots across the organization and supporting a fast-paced startup environment demonstrating a high level of discretion and professionalism. You will manage the CEOs calendars, coordinate meetings for senior leadership, handle travel arrangements, and support company-wide projects and processes.

Role and Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain the CEOs calendars, acting as the primary point of contact for all scheduling requests and prioritizing key strategic engagements.
Schedule logistics for meetings, conferences and special events (onsite & offsite).
Manage all board-related logistics, serving as the primary POC for coordinating meetings and executive 1:1s with key stakeholders.
Act as the main point of contact for the CEOs travel related matters - organize travel, transportation, accommodation, as well as assist with additional travel needs.
Prepare travel reports & manage reimbursements for the leadership team.
Support and integrate company-wide and leadership initiatives such as Global All Hands meetings, leadership meetings and different internal communications.
Handle confidential information; this includes protecting the privacy and security of company records and information.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience managing complex calendars of C-level executives or senior leadership, in a global startup / high tech environment- a must.
Written and verbal English proficiency - a must.
High level of personal responsibility, discretion and professional integrity.
Experience and willingness to work in a global environment, flexibility working in different timezones when required.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively and represent the organization at all levels - internally and externally.
Highly organized, with a proven ability to manage complex workflows and a keen eye for detail.
Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic setting.
