We are looking to add a new member in our Accounting team who will manage our monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and reporting. This role involves collaborating with various departments, preparing statutory financial statements, and filing tax returns.
The ideal candidate will lead projects to improve financial processes, perform bookkeeping tasks, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities also include tax computations, liaising with external associates, and assisting with global projects.

Program Management: Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects within a program to ensure alignment with business goals.
Manage relations with main subcontractors and strategic vendors.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams - operations, R&D, QA, integration, services, hardware, etc..
Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure projects stay on track.
Budget and Resource Allocation: Manage program budgets, optimize resource allocation, and drive cost efficiency.
Process Improvement: Continuously analyze workflows, suggest improvements, and implement best practices.
Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs, monitor program progress, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Taking responsibility for the masterwork plan across company divisions: operations, R&D, QA, integration, services, hardware, etc.
Defining, prioritizing, negotiating, and communicating customer requirements.
leadership, and external stakeholders and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements: Bachelors or masters degree in business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications
2+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the Cyber, telecom, security or information domains (inbound and outbound)
