abra is hiring for our Digital & Information Systems Division! We are looking for an experienced Project Manager & Systems Analyst to join our team and lead strategic digital and information systems initiatives in a large and complex enterprise environment. Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end projects from initiation, planning, requirements gathering, design, implementation, and deployment
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality throughout the project lifecycle
* Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technological solutions
* Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and multiple organizational interfaces
* Lead systems analysis activities, including requirements documentation, process mapping, and solution design
* Drive process improvement initiatives and implement innovative digital solutions
* Support testing, deployment, user adoption, and successful project delivery
* Promote efficiency, service excellence, and enhanced user experience through technology
Requirements: * ? 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst
* ? 2+ years of experience managing projects in Information Systems environments
* ? Proven experience leading complex projects from requirements through implementation
* ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* ? Experience working with both business and technological stakeholders
* ? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management (Information Systems specialization), or equivalent qualification
* ? Alternative qualifications: Bachelor's degree in another field along with at least 300 academic hours in Information Systems studies, or a Practical Engineering diploma in Computers/Technology
* ? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* ? Willingness to work outside regular business hours when required Location: Haifa (Hybrid)
