A leading company in the industry sector is looking for an Import, Export, and Customer
Relations Specialist to oversee and lead international logistics processes while maintaining and developing relationships with clients and suppliers in Israel and abroad.
Responsibilities:
-Managing all import and export processes, including working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities.
- Tracking orders and shipments, handling customs clearance procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Negotiating with suppliers and service providers to improve terms and costs.
- Managing relationships with international clients and suppliers, providing professional support and service.
- Managing collection.
- Collaborating with internal departments such as procurement, logistics, sales, and finance.
- Handling documents, permits, and certifications related to import and export.
- Resolving real-time issues and improving processes for operational efficiency.
Requirements: - At least 6 years of experience in import, export, and customer relations management
- mandatory.
- Knowledge of international trade laws, customs procedures, shipping, and logistics mandatory.
- Full proficiency in English (written and spoken) - mandatory; additional languages -
an advantage.
- Experience working with ERP systems and logistics management software - a significant advantage.
- Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and capability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal abilities, and teamwork.
