We are seeking a high-caliber Office Manager & Executive Assistant to the CEO to serve as a trusted right hand to our leadership team.
This is a high-impact role at the center of the company, combining executive support, ownership of office operations, and close collaboration with HR and cross-functional teams.
You will work closely with the CEO daily and play a key role in ensuring the organization runs smoothly as we scale.
What You Will be Doing:
Provide day-to-day executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel planning, flights, and logistics
Act as a prioritization partner and gatekeeper to ensure the CEOs time is used effectively
Own office administration and operations end-to-end, including vendors, facilities, equipment, and logistics
Partner with HR on onboarding, employee experience, and internal processes
Coordinate across teams to support meetings, events, and company initiatives
Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the highest level of discretion
Proactively anticipate needs, identify issues, and solve problems before they arise
Requirements: High level of proficiency with Microsoft tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and exceptionally reliable
Strong multitasking abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive, discreet, and trustworthy
Fluent in Hebrew and English, both spoken and written
Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership
Full-time position, including overtime as needed
Hybrid work model, 3 days from the office based in Jerusalem
Occasional availability outside standard working hours for urgent matters, which is infrequent
A Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field is a plus
