We seek a passionate Robotics Autonomy Team Lead to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge autonomous robotic systems.

Responsibilities - what you will be doing:

Design, implement, test, and deploy motion planning and navigation algorithms that drive vehicles safely and efficiently in unpredictable terrains, generating collision-free paths and dynamic maneuvers
Shape top-level autonomy algorithms, balancing performance, safety, and scalability, while employing modern software engineering practices to produce clean, robust, and well-tested code
Leverage real-world data and simulation to continuously refine and optimize algorithms, ensuring stability and resilience in harsh conditions
Work closely with perception, hardware, product, integration, and testing teams to build, maintain, and rigorously evaluate a full autonomy stack in both simulation and real-world environments

In your role, you will be tasked with designing ISP components solutions that leverage major deep learning-based technological advancements. You will push the ISP quality from an ISP baseline to an advanced cutting-edge ISP, taking your proposed solutions from proof-of-concepts to production. You will review both academic literature and product- grade solutions, and design and implement dedicated solutions which are optimized to run on embedded HW. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation while ensuring design considerations to the system level, targeting carrying out deployment of your solutions to Vision Processor.

Responsibilities
Be a domain expert in the field of image enhancement for video cameras, using neural networks in particular.
Work with the product team to translate high-level product functions to the system building blocks and driving R&D efforts to implement them.
Implement proof-of-concept projects, raising your ideas as well as taking ideas from publications, such that they will fit product requirements.
Demonstrate technological leadership in a multi-disciplinary environment. You will be working with both external partners and internal technical leadership. You will be expected to understand all the relevant aspects in a detailed manner, and be both a technical and project focal point for all aspects of the project.

Required Senior Algorithm Developer - Deep Learning
In our group, we research, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art lidar and radar based techniques to achieve world-class results which will allow the safe development of Autonomous Driving features and Advanced Driver Assistant Systems.
This role requires working at our Ramat Gan offices at least 2 days per week.

The AV sensing group is responsible for the critical and challenging task of object detection and scene comprehension using LiDAR and Radar sensors.

Develop algorithms for processing and validating 3D sensor data
Build and maintain geometric libraries and tools for spatial data processing
