We are seeking an experienced Senior VoIP Engineer to join our team responsible for designing, implementing, and operating VoIP systems and Unified Communication solutions.

Design, implement, and operate VoIP systems and Unified Communication platforms
Manage large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors
Ensure high availability and maintainability of entire systems, including hardware, software, and network components
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, both within our own work team and with teams from other disciplines
Provide expert-level technical guidance and training to junior engineers and customers
Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in VoIP engineering, with a focus on design, implementation, and operation of large-scale VoIP infrastructures
In-depth knowledge of SIP protocols and standards
Experience with Cisco UC Manager (CUCM)
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solution
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Experience with Freeswitch and/or OpenSIPS.
