As a Respiratory Key Account Manager on the Respiratory Team in Israel, youll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on patients lives. strategy in Respiratory is a patient-centric approach to disease treatment, reinforced by science-led life-cycle management programs and technologies.
Accountabilities:
Develop and position as a leader through long-term relationships with key pulmonologists/allergists and targeted hospital accounts.
Develop superior product and disease state knowledge and effectively educate healthcare professionals about clinical evidence, approved indications, product efficacy, and safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed care information relative to assigned sales territory.
Provide special education to healthcare providers through appropriate programs within ethical guidelines.
Use a variety of promotional resources and analytical tools to understand and evaluate the business, determining the best use of resources to maximize effectiveness in the assigned sales territory.
Collaborate with your Sales Manager and other AZ team members to develop a local strategy and business plan for Key Accounts in your territory to generate recognizable sales increases.
Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory goals while managing your budget.
Successfully complete all training requirements, including product examinations, and capitalize on formulary approvals and other opportunities through effective implementation of the Strategic Targeting Plan.
Work with other Respiratory team members to achieve common objectives and coordinated selling efforts.

Requirements: At least three years of documented, full-time, successful pharmaceutical sales
Strong clinical skill and sales ability
A valid driver's license and safe driving record
Internal candidate must be Career Ladder Level 2 and above
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Demonstrate agility in a dynamic environment
Experience working with biologic drugs
Experience in the respiratory field
