We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to lead complex, end-to-end sales activities across the global defense market. The role includes full ownership of the sales cycle - from opportunity identification and lead generation through negotiation and closing strategic deals - while working directly with government and defense organizations worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage full sales cycles (E2E): opportunity identification, proposal leadership, negotiations, and closing deals, including initial post-sale engagement
Drive international sales growth across defense and government markets
Management of direct sales activities and international channel/partner networks
Lead complex commercial negotiations and proposal processes (RFI / RFP / RFQ)
Promote advanced technology solutions, with a focus on C2 / C4I systems and software-based platforms
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners
Close collaboration with engineering, product, and program teams
Represent the organization in high-level meetings, industry forums, and defense exhibitions
Report to the VP Sales & Marketing
Requirements: Proven experience in international defense sales - mandatory
Strong track record of managing complex, long-cycle sales processes end-to-end
Experience working with government and defense customers
Ability to independently identify and develop new business opportunities
Strong technical understanding and ability to operate in complex system environments
Experience with C2 / C4I systems - an advantage
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Fluent English; additional language - advantage
Willingness to travel internationally
