We are looking for a Clinical Trainer CEBI.
In this role, you will
Provide initial and ongoing training to new and existing customers.
Utilize technology to deliver virtual classroom training and training support.
Effectively implement lesson plans for training sessions.
Independently and efficiently book travel as needed and within company guidelines.
Provide a weekly report of completed trainings.
Manage business expenses and expense reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide ongoing support to foster positive long-term relationships with customers.
Troubleshoot independently and with internal teams to address customer service issues.
Requirements: 4-6 years relevant work experience
Dental bachelors degree (Dentist, Dental Technician) with solid Exocad / Dental wings skills or equivalent experience. Prior, public speaking experience, articulate and professional- is a must
Flexibility to travel as needed.
Excellent English skills, verbally and written
Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, video
conferencing and internet research
Experience with virtual and web-based training a plus.
The ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers.
An attention to detail.
Organization and time management.
Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot
