Collaborate deeply with product, design, art, engineering, operations, marketing, and business teams to align on goals, metrics, and delivery.
Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, contribute to hiring and growth programs, and help build a strong, scalable engineering culture with high standards.
Define and track KPIs across game performance, live-ops health, retention and monetization, platform stability, tooling adoption, and team productivity.
