Requirements: * At least 3 years of experience in CRM systems analysis and specification mandatory.
* Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field mandatory.
* Proven experience in writing detailed functional and technical specification documents mandatory.
* Hands-on experience in salesforce implementation and configuration mandatory.
* Strong familiarity with Sales, Marketing, and Service business processes significant advantage.
* Experience working with development tools, SQL, and integration tools significant advantage.
* Experience working with VS Code and/or DevOps processes significant advantage.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong system -wide and business-oriented perspective.
* High analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong service mindset and outstanding interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to lead processes end-to-end.
