The PMO is responsible for synchronizing the department's planned projects, including managing, controlling, and coordinating processes and tasks. The PMO will collaborate with other PMOs in the organization, including the Enterprise PMO (EPMO).
The PMO oversees ongoing procurement processes in collaboration with procurement officers, including presenting budgetary status updates, assisting in issuing procurement orders, and collecting departmental budgetary requirements to communicate them effectively to decision-makers.
Responsible for processing and collecting periodic data for presentation to organizational decision-makers.
Serves as a gatekeeper for new tasks and projects throughout the year, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and resources.
Provides support and training for all ongoing project activities in JIRA, ensuring efficient tool usage and adherence to processes.
Responsible for integrating and presenting a periodic status overview of the work plan, developed in collaboration with the divisional EPMO.
Communicates insights and technological intelligence derived from ongoing work to senior decision-makers, supporting informed strategic decisions.
Requirements: 1. Experience working with project management tolls such as JIRA and MS project.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on advanced EXCEL skills.
3. Ability to perform basic SQL queries.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to integrate across teams and collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in drafting clear and concise documents and procedures.
