You will own a broad and meaningful surface - spanning freelancer onboarding, dashboards and performance analytics, the freelancer level system, and the skill and proficiency signals that enable us to understand who delivers what, in which context, and with what results. This is a high-autonomy role with direct impact on our ability to connect clients with the right talent for high-value, complex projects. You will lead a dedicated cross-functional team and work in close partnership with R&D, data Science, and Matching teams
What am I going to do?:
* Make an impact: Grow the business by shaping how freelancers are represented, discovered, and ranked on our company - improving match quality and driving successful outcomes for clients and freelancers alike.
* Lead a multidisciplinary team: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to drive product delivery and innovation across the freelancer experience.
* Own the freelancer intelligence layer: Define how we collect, validate, and use freelancer skill and proficiency signals - turning data into reliable inputs that enable precision matching for clients seeking the right expertise.
* Drive the freelancer experience: Continuously improve the surfaces freelancers use to understand and grow their business on our company - onboarding, performance dashboards, and the level system.
* Develop and execute roadmaps: Create strategic product roadmaps and lead their execution, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform thinking.
* Collaborate across teams: Work with stakeholders from Search, Ranking, data Science, and the client-side product team to align on a shared direction and amplify impact.

The Senior Director, Global Accounting is a hands-on leader within the Finance team, responsible for overseeing accounting, financial compliance, and reporting across Medisons global subsidiaries. The role combines direct involvement in critical processes with leadership of a global network of finance teams, with a focus on strengthening consistency, building scalable processes, and elevating standards across all regions. You will act as a key partner to the VP Finance and senior leadership, shaping and continuously improving how accounting operates globally.
Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee accounting, compliance, and financial reporting across all global subsidiaries
* Manage and develop a global network of accounting professionals and regional finance leaders
* Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
* Oversee statutory reporting, tax filings, and compliance with local requirements
* Work with tax to support compliance with all local tax requirements
* Ensure alignment with IFRS and group accounting policies across all entities
* Support our corporate reporting in consolidation, audit processes, and group-level reporting
* Drive standardization of accounting processes and reporting practices across regions
* Strengthen and maintain internal controls, including SOX and compliance frameworks

Were looking for a Product Designer to join our team and help create products that make healthier lifestyles and preventive healthcare more accessible, engaging, and effective. This is a meaningful opportunity for a designer who wants to shape products people use in everyday life and play a central role in building the design function within the team. Youll design end-to-end user experiences for new features and projects, while also creating in-app assets for existing products. At this stage, youll be the sole product designer on the team. Youll work closely with Product Managers, developers, and an external UX / UI partner, with the goal of gradually strengthening in-house design ownership over time. Were looking for someone experienced, independent, and hands-on - a designer with strong UX thinking, strong UI craft, and a user-centric mindset, who enjoys both strategic product thinking and executional design work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
What youll do: Own the design process end-to-end, from problem framing, user flows, and wireframes through final UI and handoff. Create polished, high-quality, production-ready designs for mobile products. Design clear, intuitive, user-centered experiences, while maintaining consistent design languages across products and features. Create live assets such as banners, promotional elements, and dynamic components. Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to translate product needs, user insights, and business goals into thoughtful design solutions. Job Description
We are looking for a VP Finance who brings strong business judgment, financial rigor, and strategic perspective. This role partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategy into financial plans, provide clarity on performance, and support high-quality decision-making as the company scales.

The ideal candidate combines a hands-on approach with deep experience in SaaS environments , and is comfortable operating across both day-to-day finance and company-level strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
Strategic Finance & Planning - Lead AOP and 5-year planning processes; translate strategy into financial plans, targets, and resource allocation frameworks.
Forecasting & Performance Visibility - Own forecasting and reporting with a focus on key SaaS drivers (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, margins); deliver actionable insights on risks and opportunities.
Fundraising & Investor Support - Lead financial storytelling, model preparation, and diligence processes; partner with the CEO on investor communications and narrative.
Business Partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Product, and Delivery; provide financial perspective on pricing, GTM efficiency, and investment decisions.
Accounting & Financial Operations - Oversee accounting, compliance, controls, AR/AP, payroll, and cash flow management.
Systems & Data - Deploy and strengthen financial systems and reporting tools; ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization.
Team Leadership - Build and lead the finance function; foster a culture of rigor, ownership, and cross-functional partnership.
