The Product Specialist will be responsible for the commercial aspects of a small to medium product. Working with overseas partners, having an in-depth understanding of the field, and KOL's.
The position combines field work, office work, and cross-country or overseas travel, when required.
Responsibilities
Territory management (working with HCPs and customers in the field) along with office tasks.
Presenting core product messages and clinical evidence to HCPs clearly, confidently, and with scientific accuracy.
Arrange creative activities within budget specifications and proactively create collaborations with stakeholders.
Build and present a strategic business marketing plan (Brand plan) and execute it.
Work according to planned objectives, quality, and quantity.
Preparation and ongoing management of marketing materials, both digital and print, including securing the necessary internal and external approvals in accordance with company and supplier regulations.
Partners' management, including the preparation of BPs for business meetings with partners, routinely meets with partners as needed.
Prepare a marketing expenses plan and routinely follow up with it. Analyze and follow up sales reports.
Work in collaboration with cross functional positions in such as Medical Manager, Team Manager and with external service providers for the administrative handling of product needs.
Active participation in team meetings, business meetings with overseas partners, training sessions, conferences, etc
Participation in conferences in Israel and abroad.
Work in accordance with the company code of ethics and guidelines laid down by the regulatory department
Requirements: At least 5 years experience as a medical representative/product specialist.
Bachelors degree in life sciences or Para-Medicine minimum.
High interpersonal and communication skills
High level of English.
Full proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS).
Proven ability to communicate key product messages and clinical data to HCPs with clarity, confidence, and scientific integrity.
