TradeWe are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented FX Trader to join our core execution team.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing client trades and company positions with precision, ensuring optimal pricing while adhering to clearly defined risk methodologies.
You will work directly with liquidity providers, banks, and our internal dealing desk to ensure efficient execution, competitive pricing, and consistent operational reliability.
Please note: this is not a proprietary trading or Nostro desk role. The position is focused on disciplined execution and pricing rather than directional trading.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute FX transactions for clients across multiple instruments: Spot, Forward, Swaps, Vanilla Options, and Structured Strategies.
Perform company-side FX trades with Tier-1 banks and liquidity providers.
Optimize pricing, manage slippage, and ensure best execution under time pressure.
Communicate in real time with banks and LPs via Bloomberg, chat, and phone.
Ensure full compliance with company methodology and pricing models.
Maintain clear records and trade logs with high attention to detail.
Collaborate with the internal dealing room and support audit requirements.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in FX trading - must.
Experience with institutional FX execution (not Nostro or speculative trading).
Solid understanding of FX markets, products, and liquidity dynamics.
Familiarity with trading platforms- Bloomberg preferred (but not required).
Strong numerical, analytical, and pricing skills.
Excellent discipline, focus, and execution under pressure.
English- professional working proficiency.
Ability to work full-time, on-site (Monday to Friday).
