Record maintenance: Maintain accurate and organized records of all orders, shipments, and transactions. This includes managing shipping paperwork and creating invoices.
Communicate order status updates to customer success team and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise, such as problems with deliveries or returns. Handle any inquiries regarding orders.
Reporting: Generate and prepare order-related reports for management review.
Process improvement: Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to the order processing and fulfillment procedures.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Manager to lead our planning team, support growing demand forecasting, and supply chain synchronization for our complex hardware portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning Leadership: Develop and execute the full NPI-to-EOL planning process. Lead the S&OP cycle to align Sales, Finance, and Operations.
Team & Process Excellence: Mentor and lead the planning team. Drive continuous process improvement and tool enhancement (ERP/MRP).
Supply/Demand Management: Oversee accurate demand forecasting, optimize inventory (complex BOMs/long lead times), and mitigate supply chain risks.
Manage and optimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, balancing service levels and budget goals.

The Materiel & Control planner will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Full responsibility for material planning and forecasting.
Managing the daily activities of the Turnkey manufacturer.
Synchronizing production activities to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
Running MRP processes, performing material simulations, and managing shortages - including expediting, postponing, or canceling orders as needed.
Analyzing and controlling inventory levels and trends, including inventory turnover rates, slow-moving or idle stock, and overall material utilization.
Overseeing subcontractor inventories and procurement activities.
Implementing ECO (Engineering Change Orders).
Preparing and monitoring performance measurements and reports, including KPI control.

How Youll Spend Your Day:
Be an integral part of the Finance team, reporting directly to the Director of Procurement
Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal policies, and alignment with company needs
Work closely with vendors and internal teams to support procurement needs such as contract reviews, onboarding processes, and service delivery, while addressing issues as they arise
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams (primarily based in the U.S.) to support their procurement needs, including potential involvement in travel-related activities
Analyze market trends and gather supplier information to support sourcing decisions
Prepare reports and analyze procurement-related data to help drive informed decision-making
Foster strong, collaborative relationships with both vendors and colleagues across multiple departments
Identify opportunities to reduce costs, streamline workflows, and enhance procurement efficiency
Actively contribute to cross-functional projects and support ongoing team initiatives
