As a Mobile Team Lead , you will lead a team of developers, and together youll own and impact a significant part of the Lumen product. Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers in a multi-functional squad through the product life cycle - architecture, design, development, quality and production
Hands-on develop and own features in the core product (Flutter app + native iOS and Android plugins)
Take ownership of delivery commitments ensuring features are shipped on time with the right balance of quality and business impact
Grow, coach and become a personal & technical mentor for the team members
Lead/Participate in system design and architecture discussions

we are looking for a highly motivated Field Application Engineer who will work collaboratively with the team as well as independently and develop test applications solutions for our customers.



Responsibilities

Develop, debug, and deploy test solutions for semiconductor devices on ATE test systems (HW and SW).
Supporting test program correlations and release to production activities.
Actively engage with customers to develop new test techniques.
Troubleshooting of test issues and improving test methodologies.
Develop customer relations at a technical level.
Collect customer needs and requests, communicate to internal engineering team to develop new solutions for customer.
Work within the support of our worldwide application teams to coordinate project development and on time delivery of critical project milestones.
