we are looking for an Experienced manager to lead our Employee Experience and Internal communication efforts.
What Youll Do You will design and implement initiatives that support a high-quality, engaging Employee Experience - all aligned with Artlists unique culture. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning and hands-on execution, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have proven managerial experience, strong leadership qualities, a problem-solving mindset and a unique blend of creative thinking and operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities Lead the Employee Experience initiatives
* Build and execute an annual Employee Experience plan focused on business milestones, employee engagement and personal connections.
* Oversee and lead key moments in the employee lifecycle, ensuring every employee has a personalized and engaging experience
* Drive recognition programs and team activities
* Partner with vendors to craft unique, high-quality, on-brand events and experiences that inspire employees and reflect Artlists values. Lead the Internal brand and communication initiatives
* Promote initiatives that reflect and strengthen Artlists unique culture and DNA, and aligned with our brand and visual language
* Develop and lead internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, aligned and inspired
* Creating communities - inside and outside the company - that benefit both our people and our business.
Requirements: * 7+ years of experience in Employee Experience, or in a related field.
* Previous experience in the tech or creative industry (marketing, production,creative, film, design, etc.)
* Deep understanding or genuine passion for the arts and culture scene in TLV - including visual arts, galleries, exhibitions, and music productions.
* Management experience - an advantage
* Ability to think strategically while managing details and execution.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Collaborative, adaptable, and open-minded approach.
* High proficiency in English - both written and verbal.
