We are looking for an experienced Deep Learning Algorithm Developer to join one of our teams developing perception technologies for autonomous driving. Our group tackles diverse challenges from object detection and scene understanding to 3D perception using large-scale, real-world in-house datasets and state-of-the-art deep learning models.
What will your job look like:
Develop and train neural networks for complex perception tasks in real-world driving environments.
Design and analyze deep learning pipelines, from data to deployment.
Collaborate with algorithm, software, and data experts to deliver production-ready models.
Research and apply new methods in computer vision, 3D perception, and multi-task learning to improve performance and efficiency.

What will your job look like?
Design, develop, and implement deep learning algorithms for solving complex problems in the area of computer vision
Conduct goal-oriented research, evaluate existing models and techniques, and propose innovative approaches to improve algorithm performance and accuracy
Optimize existing algorithms to improve performance and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop solutions.
Research latest advancements in deep learning, multi-task learning, AI architectures and apply them to enhance our algorithms.

You will be part of our copmpany's REM (Road Experience Management) department which is responsible for the automatic High Definition map-making process, which is a key technology in our copmpany's autonomous driving and high-end Driving Assistance systems. This process involves running advanced algorithmic code in a massively parallel way, utilizing Big Data technologies, and as such is a complex system that requires a deep understanding of our map creation process as well as advanced technical abilities. You will be part of our algorithmic teams, being a key team member and owner of development processes.
What will your job look like?
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code in Python to implement algorithms efficiently.
Design and optimize data structures to support algorithmic solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams.

This position combines both end-to-end implementation and design skills and requires deep business understanding. It is a hands-on role requiring the ability to own systems and business processes, understand data architecture, and create innovative solutions. The position is a maternity leave replacement for a period of one year.
