We are looking for an experienced Information Systems Administrator to implement and manage our company systems within the HRIS team. This position combines both end-to-end implementation and design skills and requires deep business understanding. It is a hands-on role requiring the ability to own systems and business processes, understand data architecture, and create innovative solutions. The position is a maternity leave replacement for a period of one year.
What will your job look like
Manage systems: Oversee and maintain information systems and ensure smooth operation, including automations, integrations and business processes.
Collaborate on projects: Participate in cross-functional projects, engaging with stakeholders at various organizational levels to align technical solutions with business needs.
Optimize processes: Continuously improve business processes using data-driven and methodological approaches to increase efficiency and scalability.
Perform business analysis: Gather requirements, conduct testing, and communicate findings effectively to relevant teams and leadership.
Work with development teams: Partner closely with IT developers, project managers, and external partners to enhance and maintain the HRIS ecosystem.
Develop reports and controls: Create reports, monitoring tools, and efficient controls to ensure business continuity, accuracy, and operational effectiveness across our company.
Requirements: Bachelors degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems.
Proven experience managing and maintaining information systems.
Self-starter mindset - Proactive, independent, and ownership-driven approach to work.
Proven ability to optimize and automate workflows and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop innovative solutions.
Ability to understand organizational needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Demonstrated success in end-to-end implementation of information systems from design through deployment and support.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering projects efficiently.
Technical advantage -Experience with Workday HCM, CRM, ATS, PowerPlatform systems is a significant plus.
