Were looking for a hands-on and strategic DevOps Manager to lead our cloud and IT infrastructure, supporting our AI-powered platform for finance and accounting teams. This is a high-impact leadership role where youll own the architecture, reliability, and security of our multi-cloud and AI/LLM environments, while managing and mentoring a growing DevOps team.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and manage secure, scalable infrastructure across AWS and Azure (GCP is a bonus), including support for AI/LLM workloads.
Define infrastructure as code using Terraform and GitOps workflows (e.g., Argo CD, GitHub Actions), ensuring reliable, repeatable deployments.
Select and manage frameworks, tools, and technologies that support automation, observability, and system performance..
Lead our cloud security and compliance initiatives, supporting SOC 2 readiness and zero-trust adoption alongside the CTO.
Oversee internal IT operations, including device management and access control, with a lightweight, cloud-first approach.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define deployment pipelines and integrate infrastructure into development workflows.
Develop internal tooling and platform capabilities that help scale our SaaS product.
Implement observability best practices (monitoring, logging, alerting), and provide visibility to engineering and professional services.
Ensure system reliability by setting SLOs, leading incident response, and conducting post-mortems.
Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in cloud-native, production environments.
Experience managing and leading DevOps teams.
Proven success designing and operating multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure required; GCP a plus).
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and high-availability systems.
Skilled in Terraform and GitOps workflows (e.g., Argo CD, GitHub Actions).
Experience with cloud security and compliance (e.g., SOC 2), secure networking, and vulnerability management.
Strong scripting and automation skills (Python or Go preferred).
Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience mentoring engineers and working closely with R&D, Product, and Security teams.
