Responsibility:
Deeply understand our users. Their workflows, pains, and business realities - and champion their voice across the company.
Own product discovery: conduct interviews, map journeys, define problems, validate assumptions, and derive actionable insights.
Translate insights and push initiatives forward end-to-end - from idea to release and adoption.
Work closely with other teams (CS, Sales, Design, Data, Engineering) to drive execution, ensure alignment, and smooth launches.
Maintain and prioritize a dynamic roadmap based on impact, effort, and strategic goals.
Track product performance, measure impact, and iterate rapidly.
Requirements: Requirements:
4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B & B2C products. Fintech is an advantage.
Strong product discovery skills - comfortable interviewing users, running research, and synthesizing insights.
A natural problem solver who enjoys mapping messy workflows and creating clarity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can explain complex ideas simply.
High sense of ownership and accountability - you drive work forward.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading without authority.
Detail-oriented with strong UX instincts - you care deeply about the quality of the experience.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with changing priorities.
Curious, proactive, and resourceful - you dont wait for answers; you find them.
