We are looking for a self-motivated Technical Project Manager to lead our onboarding, ongoing, and other internal projects. The successful candidate will work directly with our global and local customers and cross-organization team members to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope, time, and budget. Responsibilities:
You will be in charge of planning and executing complex and high-profile projects according to defined goals and KPIs
Lead the technical and delivery relations with the companys global strategic customers, from the initial relations, via deployment and delivery, through production
Be in direct contact with our main focal point personal and business users in order to clarify specific requirements of each project
Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality
As a Project Manager, you will be required to deliver results according to tight schedules
Track project performance and analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
Plan and manage the project resource allocation with relevant departments within the organization
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Managing multiple implementation projects in parallel
Delegate project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other related field - A Must
2+ years of experience as a project manager / system analysis / technical account manager / onboarding manager - A Must
Excellent writing and verbal communication and presentation skills with high proficiency in English - A must
Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and to be able to evaluate complex project risks and issues accurately and objectively
Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices with the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure, juggle multiple deliverables and projects in a highly fluid work environment
Strong organizational skills
Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills
Can-do approach, ability to work independently, learn and move fast, and build very strong work relationships
Solid understanding and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools like Jira, monday.com and Zendesk
Use and continually develop leadership skills
Experience in a SAAS startup company - big advantage.
