We're a fast-growing beauty brand looking for a sharp, data -driven Marketing & Advertising Specialist to own and scale our ad presence specialy at Amazon.
You'll sit at the intersection of performance marketing, brand building, and influencer strategy - driving revenue growth across every touchpoint.

As a part of your job:
Plan and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display) while managing ACoS, ROAS, and bid strategies. Perform listing SEO, keyword research, and optimize product content to improve organic rankings and conversions.
Conduct competitor and market research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DataDive.
Build and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads
Requirements: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Amazon PPC - a must.
3-5 years ofexperience in Google Ads, paid social, and influencer marketing (preferably in beauty, wellness, or CPG) - a must.
Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify - a must.
Strong analytical mindset, data -driven approach, and comfort with ad dashboards and attribution tools.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Experience with Amazon DSP, Brand Registry, TikTok Shop, Klaviyo, or agency/3P seller environments - a strong plus.
