we are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team on a 8-month maternity leave replacement.
In this role, you will craft thoughtful, high-impact experiences that help buyers and sellers connect, collaborate, and build long-term relationships on our company.
This position requires experience in designing native mobile experiences (iOS and Android), with an understanding of mobile interaction patterns, platform conventions, and performance considerations.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and fellow designers to deliver simple, elegant, and impactful experiences that drive user engagement and business growth.
What am I going to do?
Lead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to high-fidelity execution and refinement.
Actively leverage AI tools to enhance research, ideation, design workflows, and productivity.
Design user-centric, native mobile experiences for iOS and Android, ensuring alignment with platform best practices and standards.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs with strong attention to usability and craft.
Conduct research, usability testing, and data-informed validation to guide design decisions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and iterate on product features.
Work with and evolve our companys design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms.
Ensure seamless, accessible, and performance-aware experiences aligned with user needs and business goals.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
Proven experience designing native mobile applications (iOS and Android), with a strong understanding of platform guidelines and mobile UX patterns.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, particularly for mobile-native experiences.
High proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems and component-based design.
Demonstrated hands-on use of relevant AI tools (e.g., for research, ideation, prototyping, content generation, or workflow optimization) as part of the design process.
Strong understanding of user research methods, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Advantages
