Were looking for a Growth & ABX Lead to drive measurable impact across our customer acquisition and expansion efforts. In this role, youll own the strategy and execution of growth and account-based experience (ABX) programs to attract, engage, and convert high-value accounts.
Youll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and markeitng operations, lead performance-driven initiatives, and leverage cutting-edge technologies to optimize pipeline creation and revenue growth.
This is a high-visibility role where youll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution - making your mark on how Papaya scales globally.
What Youll Do:
Design and execute ABX strategies targeting enterprise accounts and high-value prospects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue goals.
Own growth marketing initiatives, from customer acquisition to funnel optimization, across multiple digital channels.
Manage and mentor a performance marketing manager, guiding ABX funnel strategy, campaign execution, and martech adoption.
Partner with sales and SDR teams to drive alignment on target accounts, optimize outbound efforts, and accelerate pipeline growth.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to improve effectiveness, scalability, and ROI.
Identify and activate new growth opportunities, leveraging data-driven experimentation to increase conversion and revenue impact.
Enable and coach global sales teams on ABX best practices to maximize adoption and performance.
Leverage marketing technology to streamline and scale marketing efforts efficiently.
Requirements: 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record in growth, demand generation, and/or ABX.
Previous experience as a Growth Manager, Performance Marketing Lead, or ABM Manager in a high-growth tech environment.
Strong knowledge of digital channels, ABX frameworks, and growth tactics.
Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Influ2, 6sense, Demandbase).
Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing talent.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to align cross-functional teams.
Creative problem-solver with a get things done approach and ability to lead projects end-to-end.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree a plus).
