As a Brand Manager, you will be the custodian of our brands image and identity. Your role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance our brands presence, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and driving brand growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and external agencies to build and maintain a strong brand.
Responsibilities
Lead a team focusing on social media, influencer, PR, and branding development.
Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to meet business goals, conduct market research to understand consumer needs and competition, define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
Brand Management: Oversee brand image, tone, and messaging, ensure consistency and monitor brand performance
Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute campaigns, collaborate with creative teams on content and visuals, and manage budgets.
Market Research and Analysis: Analyze behavior and trends, track competition, and Use insights to innovate and optimize strategies.
Brand Advocacy: Build relationships with stakeholders, influencers, and media, ensure messages resonate with audiences.
Reporting and Metrics: Develop and present reports on brand performance and campaign results, Adjust strategies based on performance and market feedback.
Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify long-term opportunities and trends.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Trends Awareness: Up-to-date with global commercial branding trends and marketing best practices.
Creativity: Creative thinker and problem solver with a wide, creative approach.
Social Media Experience: Experience with social media is advantageous.
Adaptability: Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond rapidly to changes.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership with experience managing at least 5 direct reports.
Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a process-oriented approach.

Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in another foreign language is a significant advantage
